09/20/2010 – Holiday Inn Express room block reservation deadline. Rooms may still be available after that date but not at the conference rate. Rate = $89.00 Single/Double Occupancy & $109 Suite
10/01/2010 – Butte War Bonnet Hotel room block reservation deadline. Rooms may still be available after that date not at the conference rate. Rate = $84.00/Single; $94.00/Double. A $10 fee will be charged for an extra person in the room.
10/11/2010 – Caterers need to know approximately how many to plan for.
10/18/2010 - Advance registration deadline. All registrations after 10/18/2010 must be completed at the conference. After
10/18/2010, please send an e-mail to Lynne Brush at msha_lb@msn.com  or Jennifer Pierce at cmatters@bresnan.ne t of your intent to attend so we can ensure you receive all conference handouts/materials. Walk-in registrations are accepted.
10/20/2010 – Date after which no full refunds for cancellation of registration will be made. Your registration packet & handouts will be sent to you after the conference.
