The 2009 MSHA convention will be at the Holiday Inn Grand Montana Hotel and Convention Center at 5500 Midland Road in Billings on October 15-17, 2009.

Registration is closed for the convention.

    Things to Remember:

  • On Thursday, October 15,  the Silent Auction and Social will begin at 6:00 at the Holiday Inn in the Missouri Room.

  • The business luncheon is on Friday, October 16,  from 12:00 to 1:30

  • Strict attention will be made to the schedule: Please be on time.

  • During the 2009 Fall Convention, the members will have the opportunity to vote on the amended By-laws. Please read (click here) and critique the proposed MSHA By-law changes and e-mail comments or concerns to Past-President, Valeria Schmauch (vasmttalk35@yahoo.com ) or President, Jennifer Pierce (cmatters@questoffice.net ) by October 1, 2009.
